What is the return or exchange policy?

We accept the return of products that are in perfect, unused, condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.

What are the shipping options?

At checkout you will be able to select Standard Ground shipping, or Priority Flat Rate. To arrange Express, or other expediting options, please request “EXPEDITING OPTION” in the notes section of your checkout, and Kathleen will be in touch to coordinate shipping options with you.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

International shipment duties will be your responsibility upon receipt. BeeZ will not cover international duties or customs fees.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as possible! I work hard to package and ship your choice within 3 business days. Once you’ve submitted your choice from the BeeZ shop and full payment, I’ll get started on packaging and shipping it to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged and you can also track the order by logging into your BeeZ account. (created at checkout).

You are welcomed to choose from standard or express options at checkout to speed your delivery time.

When choosing standard shipping at checkout you can expect your order to ship out within 3 business days of ordering.

Ground shipping USPS will take 2 to 8 days depending on your location.
Priority or Express options at checkout offer speedier shipping of 2 to 3 days.

Please choose express options if you are shopping in time for Christmas delivery.

USPS carriers are currently experiencing significant delays that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.

International orders:
BeeZ is not responsible for customs fees or delays.

What do I do if I never received my order?

The first step will be to track the delivery via the tracking number provided when the order shipped. This will give us some insight into where things may have gone awry. All shipments are insured, and we will work with you from this point to recover or replace your purchase.

What do I do if I received a damaged order?

Contact Kathleen at your earliest convenience. You will need to provide photographs of the damage right away, as photos will be needed to file a claim on the insurance. Photograph any damages to the shipping box as well as the damage to the item itself. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

How do I make sure I order the right length strap?

You may want to measure an existing purse that has a length that you prefer.

Standard BeeZ straps are 48”

Standard leather horse rein straps are 54”

Other lengths can be ordered, custom, via communication with Kathleen.

Can I ask Kathleen a question directly?

Can I get my purchase expedited?

BeeZ only offers expedited shipping methods for orders within the US (excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). You can select the option at checkout.

Shipping destinations located in the northeastern United States (ME, VT, NH, NY, MA, NJ, DE, RI, MD, DC) are automatically eligible to receive express shipping.

Please note that there is no expedited shipping available for orders in Canada.

Please contact Kathleen regarding any expedite options needed for custom purse or accessory orders.

What company do you use to deliver to US, and Canada and internationally?

All contiguous US orders are shipped with USPS excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Non-contiguous and International orders are shipped via USPS International and Global services.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, BeeZ offers international shipping at an additional charge of US$35

International shipments (outside Canada and the continental US) are subject to our standard return policy and an extra US$35 non-refundable shipping charge. BeeZ is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes?

Yes, BeeZ can deliver to P.O. boxes within USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer this service internationally.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Purchases of BeeZ items chosen from our online store may qualify for an exchange. Please refer to our return policy to see if you qualify for a return and refund. Shipping costs are not included in exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, insured at the value of the purchase.


Exchanges or Returns must include all the original materials sent to you by BeeZ in your initial package: paperback bound book pages, tags, and ordered items.

A Note From Kathleen

It is important to remember that these vintage book purses are old and in as-found condition. I clean, repair and preserve the book covers but some have minor wear and tear that will still be visible.  All book spines have been triple-reinforced with archival linen book tape, and new book board has been added for longevity.  Leather has been waterproofed, fabric covers have been treated with Scotchgard® and paper litho boards have been triple-coated to prevent water damage. All vintage book purses come with a vintage button as a simple loop closure.  Each book purse has either one or two interior pockets for credit cards and licenses, depending on the size of the book.  I designed your vintage book purse so that the fabric lining holds all the weight distribution, so you really can use your book purse.
